I can think of plenty of exercises to train the hamstrings and glutes...but I need some opinions on what the BEST way to train glutes is...is it squats,deadlifts, lunges? Any other opinions?
When you work on your glutes you don't want bulk; you want definition. Don't do heavy weighted exercises. Lunges are great and also try the stiff-legged-deadlift. These work the long head of your hamstrings and stretch them out at the same time, increasing your flexability. For good legs stick w/ light weight and do leg curls, and hack squats. they're peak builders.
