I am looking to tone and work out my glutes, I do a lot of cardio on machines, But i haven't seen or used a machine at my gym that works the glute area specificly, so I would like some excercises that will help. thank you

Lunges of any variation smash my glutes more than anything else.
Squats
Glute and Ham Raises
That 45 degree back extension thing.
There is this one exercise where you are on your hands and knees and you extend one leg back so that it is strait, hold it there for a sec and then bring it back down and repeat. This will definitely hit the glutes, but I have no idea what it is called.
