I am having a hard time finding excercised targeting the glutes and inner thighs....any suggestions?? Thanks

That is a problem area for me and what I have been doing that appears to work out great is lunges, squats, calve raises, and deadlifts. Theses can all be found in your ft exercise program. I have lost inches in those areas by the work out offered here.

Erin is right on. I would add straight legged deadlifts for glute isolation and lunges are a great one. Really squeeze that butt too!!!!

squatting and its many variations are great for thigh, hip, and glute work, also try the glute-ham gastroc bench it does wonders
