I was wondering if the gnc 100% whey and the creatine monohydrate was any good they seem to me like a reasonably priced and far quality but I am new to supplements and am not shore. Am I right to assume that gnc is kind of a generic of the bigger name brands?

I have herd bad stuff about gnc products not settling well, or somthing of that nature. I would try and buy some individual stuff or samples and see how yoru bodys takes it.

I like 100% optium whey, good stuff and fairly cheap. I use NOW creatine.

I started out using GNC protein/creatine, but have since switched and never regretted it. GNC's whey protein is loaded with cholesterol, and their creatine monohydrate doesn't seem to mix real well.

I use ON Whey Protein as well as their creatine - I noticed almost immediately after starting to take ON's creatine an increase in lifting endurance, even though I had been taking GNC's creatine up until the day before.

Thanks for the replies, I have been using the whey and creation for about two weeks now and would like to say there whey isn’t to bad tasting and have found that if I mix it and let it set for a couple of minutes be for drinking it will be completely dissolved and like the other posting on the creating monohydrate it would not mix up hardly at all I will definitely not use it any more. I didn’t know that the whey is high in cholesterol I will check that out because I have high cholesterol; any ideas on what brands are low in cholesterol
