90% of the time I forget to take them altogether.

I took them both in the morning , but I noticed that no matter how much water i drank , the first *(leak) of the day was pure yellow for some reason, not to sound disgusting, but after that it was clear. I dont know if thats good or bad. Also I didn't notice any big changes in the amount of energy it gave me.

that's a common occurence, to have the glow-in-the-dark bathroom scenario.

Is this a GNC product? If it is did you know that all GNC products have been banned from all NFL teams. A player tested positive for steriods and they traced it back to his supplements he was taking from GNC. They tested all his products and found many unlisted ingredients that was not on their lables.

I believe kbrooke is actually talking about the NFL ban on sponsorship- because they make products that contain banned ingredients. So Ricky Williams (grin) couldn't endorse GNC but he could (if he were going to play) still take as many Mega Men as he wanted. There are lawsuits against the NFL for this ban - if they banned consumption, well, you can imagine...

That yellow glow is all your nutrients, not being absorbed. A large amount of multi-vitamin nutrients are not absorbed and instead pass directly through the body. You could of course make like a monk and make that glow breakfast (ugh, but true).
