just to get some dicussion going in here!!

if you could go back in time to your former beginner self what advice/changes would you make, we all made mistakes in the beginning and we continue to and this how we learn but there must be certain things that dont need to be learnt the hard way. :dumbbell:

i feel that everything i have done in my life has contributed to the person i am now. even the shitty stuff i have done that has gotten me in trouble has taught me a lesson.

that said, the only thing in my life that i wish was different was that i had not been such a wuss in highschool and played football throughout. who knows where i would be now. and i can only imagine how much bigger/stronger i would be.

i am 6'2 about 245 right now with ~3yrs of real good training. if i was able to tack on those 4yrs of football/lifting, i think i would be a friggin beast

If I could go back, I would have spent less time managing volume and intensity in order to avoid overtraining, and focused more on eating more and sleeping more to increase my work capacity.

defiantly would have ate more when i first started
