I'm kinda built now, I'm about 165 and 5'9", with a BMI of 14%, but I want to get my BMI as low as possible and my goal is to increase my strength as much as I can without increasing my weight. Obviously my first goal is to lower my BMI to about 6%. Right now my max for bench is probably somewhere around 220, and I have no idea for squats. The reason I wish to keep my weight down is after I graduate high school, (this will be my senior year), I wish to enlist for the Green Beret, and one thing I need to be able to do is run. As of right now my two mile run is about 13:00 and I want to get that down as well, to about 12:00, but it will be difficult to do that with large weight gains. If I go up to 170 or higher, thats ok, though I just want to increase strenght. Are there any suggestions for my diet/exercise routine that I should follow? Also, any suggestions about supplements would be appreciated, though I'm not looking for any magical pill. Thanks.

IF your trying to increase strength , lower the reps and do more weight.........however to gain strength, you have to gain muscle.....well most of us do anyways.....so you waan get stronger your gonna gain a lil weight, but that extra muscle will burn more fat and in able you to get rid of the fat easier........
