Ok.. I did the ft nutritional plan, and for my profile (150 pound male) it says I have to eat 3363 calories, 525 carb, 188 protein (which I expected), and 67 fats. This is so against my grain to eat that much food.. I'm afraid that I will gain weight, rather than bulk..
and to top it all off, I can't find the right mixture to eat.. I don't even know how to get to 525 carbs, especially when I try to stay away from simple white carbs..
can anyone help with any suggestions?
I just find it hard to believe that I have to eat more in order to not gain weight..
