OK, I am 6'2 and weigh a lean 183..My goal is to simply BULK now, maybe try to reach 2 bills by the end of summer..
As far as training, been going to the gym for 2 years now and training mostly on a typical BBing type workout but now I wanna try to include some PLing lifts, O'Lifts and basic BBing lifts..A little combo of everyting..
Lifts will include, dead's, rack-pull's, push-press, hang/power cleans, squats, front-squats, flat bench, dip's, chin's, bb rows..
How does this MASS plan look..
Monday-Squats 5 x 5
Tuesday-Flat Bench 5 x 5
Thursday-Deadlifts or Rack Pulls 5 x 5
Sat-Push Press or Clean & Jerk 5 x 5
