I am a member at Gold's Gym and I had a training session there and my goal was to gain muscle (that still is my goal) and my trainer (a very big muscular guy) gave me a meal plan that consisted of about 600 carbohydrates, 148 grams of protein, and like 3,500 calories! I think this is a whole lot and I think I will just get fat off of this. besides, I can't eat that much any ways. And I don't even think I have that amount of calories in my whole refrigerator! lol My information: 150 pounds age 15 hieght 5"8' What do you guys think about this diet for me?

Definetely sounds like too much to me, but caloric needs differ radically one person to the next. Just start adding about 100 calories to your diet every other day, aiming for about 2600-2800 at the end (assuming you don't do any additional cardio or whatnot.) Aim for a 50/30/20 c/p/f split.
