hi everyone. im gonna start cutting next week so does ne1 get ne tips or suggestions on diet, lifting, cardio etc..2 help me out? and how should i b lifting during that time cuz 4 the last 12 weeks i wuz bulking and lifting heavy 6-8 reps 3 sets. thanx :)

There are lots of good ideas on this subject. You can do a search or scan the competition guide at this site. To reduce bodyfat you need to expend more calories than you consume. Your work out doesn't need to change much. Maybe some increased reps and pace of work out...but it alot about the diet. So increase your cardio by 25% to start, reduce your calories 250-500 a day and watch the mirror. Adjust accordingly. Keep us posted!!!

Do not decrease your weights. You will be setting yourself up for muscle loss. That said, Leslie gave you excellent advice other than 250-500 calories per day. That may be excessive. I think she probably meant to say per week.
