Hey there gang. Need some advise. After reviewing my advised dietary intake, I'm finding that I'm probably lacking on my fats. I'm working on making some muscle gains and I'm supposed to be taking in 131g of fats per day. (I've probably been consuming half that) I've been wondering why I haven't been getting gains in muscle mass, and I'm thinking this is where my downfall might be. Any advise on sources of good fats? I LOVE peanuts and eat lots of those.. from the shell and unsalted of course. Any other tips? TIA!

LOL You don't have to stop eating peanuts as long as you realize they aren't nuts. Someone (I think Rev8ball) posted a chart with the breakdown on nuts a while back so a search ought to turn it up fairly easy. As for Barleans - there are cheaper prices to be had for flax oil but I haven't ran across a brand that tasted as good as theirs.
