Foods with fat content I invariably eat fish, fruit, veg, nuts alone, all with good fat content. Occasionally I have chocolate. Other than that I don't eat saturated fat...
I consume about 80 to 100 grams of unsaturated (good)fat. My profile nutrition says 35 grams only. I can change my diet accordingly. But that would mean I could only eat 1 portion of fish or 2 if I eat no other fats per day.
But I thought 'good' fats could be eaten as you like it- Can I keep eating 80g or should this be kept in check also?

I think if you are within your calorie amount, the good fats you eat are okay.

If you have no diet concerns, you may want to opt for 1/3 of your bodyweight in poly and mono fats. Try to get a 3:1 ratio of Omega 3 to 6 if you can, good for the athlete. At the very worst, try to get 1:1.

i know i'm obese but here's the deal im have copd and am diebetic and have pitting eddema whatn exercise can i do ?alsomy doctor gave me pure steroids for my heart . i don't take them now but they have put a lot of weight on me how can i loose this weight. my doctor refuses to give me any diet aid help what can i do? thanks sunshineday@freetrainers.com:angry:
