THought i would post this in the beginners forum because...well its a beginners question. I have read many ab posts and it is the one part of my routine on here which i am not happy with. I have read many of ur posts bb1fit and they have all helped me alot. I have been on my high protein/light carb and fat diet for about a month and have lost a little body fat along with seeing some good muscle gains. this has mostly been to the clean diet and pushing hard in the weight room (still high weight with 6-9 reps). However, i am not happy with my midsection progress. I know it takes more then a month to really start to see gains from hard work but i dont feel im pushing my abs. I work out mostly at home so i cant really ad much as far as weights. I know abs are the same as any other muscle and doing high reps with no weight isnt gonna produce results. Please help me out with some better exercises. THanks :-)

It is not about ab exercises, it is about diet. The only way to lose fat around the midsection is to lose overall bodyfat. Let your diet work, keep up the intensity with the weights.
