I want to try eating more low carb, I don't believe in not eating any but I think I would see better results if I reduced carb intake. Can anyone give me good foods, recipes, or eating tips for doing this?
thanks,
LD

I must not fear.
Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear.
I will permit it to pass over me and through me.
And when it is gone past me I will turn to see fear's path.
Where the fear has gone there will be nothing.
Only I will remain

go to specific diets and nutrition plans plus recipes and look for bb1fit's list of foods for a bodybuilder as mmaibohm said.:dumbbell:

I am doing a diet right now that I am getting really good results with. I go 3 days with 2 out of 6 meals complex carbs and protein. The last 4 are fibrous carbs with protein. On the 4th day, just before glycogen levels are depleted in the muscles, I eat 6 complex carb with protein, meals.

I am seeing awesome results so far...about 2 weeks now. Anyway, this diet technique comes from Tom Venutos book, Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle.

Good Luck!
