I'm new to the site, I'm just joining a gym, and want to better my body and spirit.
Can anyone guide me through a program?
I've recently lost 52 pounds and want to start toning my body, does anybody have any pointers?
I was thinking of starting treadmill and work up to weights.

Welcome to the site. Why not do cardio and resistance training together as one compliments the other. Good work on that weight loss.
