i am new to this forum. i found it by way of a websearch for ironsubculture.com. i have been lifting for about 6 years but have not been to the gym in about a year and i am looking to change that. i thought this might be a good place to find out information and avoid some of the things i used to do while working out. i am 35, male and live in so cal. current stats, 6-2, 285lbs, body fat not sure and i don't think i want to know, lol. i don't really want to loose too much weight as i am a big guy and wasn't really over weight. just need motivation to get back to the gym. thank you all.

Hey! welcome to ft! i hope you find some great motivastion here! Pick a program and ease into - focus on form before amount of weight moved.
Now - get your butt into the gym and make us proud!!
