Good Mornings are used to help build upper hamstrings, glutes, and erector stabilizers. The movement is an intro lift to power movements such as the hanging clean. Hold a bar across your traps, like doing squats, feet hip-width apart, knees slightly bent, and bend forward keeping head up. Movement is like a deadlift except with the bar across your back/traps/shoulders.

From the main menu, go to ft Exercise Resources, then choose Muscle Targeting, then choose Back. You'll find the description (and picture) of the exercise there.
