I'm in college right now, and on my school's meal plan, which (unless I want to spend money I don't have on food) restricts me to the grease-soaked cafeteria food, pizza, or Subway. Any nutrition hints for me? My fat intake, I've discovered, is way higher than it should be, and I'm too low on protein as well. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

hmm when I was in school the the main dining hall had a salad bar to pick from. Also thoose subay low fat subs are not a bad deal either. For protein you can try drinking more milk instead of soda also peanut butter or beans cheese will also help boost that up. Good Luck!

I must not fear.
Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear.
I will permit it to pass over me and through me.
And when it is gone past me I will turn to see fear's path.
Where the fear has gone there will be nothing.
Only I will remain

I remember a salad bar at my undergrad too... Subway wouldn't be bad, as long as you don't add a lot of cheese and mayo. Stick with lean meats like turkey and chicken and lots of veggies..... Hope this helps.
