70 empty calories. In other words, no nutrients that will help you, and the alchahol will be converted to fat(and stored) if you are not active.

so carivan, would it be better to drink a couple of drinks on a night you go out dancing...
or lets say that i've gotten all of my protein and good fats for the day while not going over my calories, would a couple of drinks (jack daniels for examples sake) be a horrible thing?

It has nothing to do with the nutrients you have previously consumed for the day, or if you decide to dance it off.
Like I said it will be stored as fat (converted) because the body doesn't know how to process alcohol. Its your choice.
But hey, I still like Heinekin!
