Well, I'm not sure if that would be good but I can tell you what I do and what the results have been like for me. I've been taking Russian Red creatine actitubes there fairly new at GNC and cost around $13.00 for 10. Also Endurox sports recovery drink that can also be purchased at GNC for around $25. In the past 4 weeks I have been taking 1 actitube before my workout and taking the recovery drink afterwards. Along with vitamins everyday. But in the past 4 weeks my bench press max has gone from 225 to 260, and added an inch and a quater to my arms. This stack of supplements have sure worked for me I would try it. You could do 60 sets with your chest and the next day you wouldn't even know that you had worked out.

mixmaster,

Fill out your profile. What are your goals? Supplements to that degree are not always necessary. If you can afford them all, that is great.

Diet is very difficult, and it becomes very easy to supplement everything. If you can get into the habit of a good diet and proper routine, then the supplements are unnecessary.

My supplementation is Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey with water, and some form of complex carbs pre-workout. Post-workout is 2 scoops Whey, and 40g Dextrose, 40g Maltodextrin. 30 minutes later, creatine. That's all I do as far as supplementation. Then I eat 4300 calories all together for the day. With that inexpensive program, I've gone from 185lbs max from the end of May to 265lbs July 9th.

Hope this helps. If you are still interested in getting a good supplement program, try posting to the supplement forum. They will be able to help you better. Good luck!
