Can anyone tell me of a protein shake (both whey and casein) that taste good? I'm looking into both the powders and the pre-made drinks (price is dictating this although taste will be more of a concern). I am looking to loose fat too so I need stuff lower in sugar/carbs/fats.
Thanks!

Soposly Muscle milk has alot fo fat, but some kind of fat that makes you burn fat. Its coppied from breast milk I think. HAve to say its the best tasting stuff I have ever drank.
But I take 100% whey protein by optimum nutrition 1.5 fat 2 carbs 20 grams protein per scoop. I'm a big boy so I use 2 lol. However it tastes ok, not bad not good.

My opinion on ON's Whey...the MRP has a great taste with 52g protein, milkshake feel, easy to blend.
But the 100% whey...tasted really watery when I used the recommended dosage of 1 scoop for 8-10oz of water. Should I be adding 2-3 scoops to it?

I noticed that too - I just add less water to it, helps some. For post-wo, when I use two scoops, I only use about 10 oz of water.

You can always play with the powder to liquid ratio. It definately has to be enjoyable.
