check in the exercise section - there's a whole list of ab exercises including using the swiss ball (which is very effective). Getting rid of unwanted fat is to do with your diet as well.

Fat cannot be toned or turned into muscle. If you want to get rid of it you have to start in the kitchen.

Yea well, you've got to maintain a healthy diet to actually lose fat. This could sound a little weird, but you can try rowing a boat (or other water sports will help), it will strenghthen your abs, running will help as well... If you don't want to do any of those, try walking a certain distance each day
Good luck:)

I'm 16 years old and I'm not "fat" but I do have a stomach. I'm tired of wanting to have a nice stomach and not knowing how to get it. Crunches don't help me for some reason and I don't eat unhealthy. What are some work-outs I can do to lose the stomach?------HELP!!!!!::(

crocutie07 its a matter of balance , if you eat right and exercise you are bound to reach your desired result . Maybe you are not exercising in the right way or maybe your calorie intake is exceeding the normal intake. Even if someone is eating healthy if he is eating more than what his body needs it will turn into fat! Water is also very essential when you exercise so you should drink a lot of water
