i just started looking into this and its a load of crap. that guide 2,000 cals a day applies to a very small amount of people they should stop posting percentages and just post how many carbs protein fats and not to mention that they recommend a lot of carbs like 300 a day , 64 grams of fat and only 50 grams of protein it seems to me that that could be the main reason America is so fat. the government can make some mistakes but it seems to me that this is one that America needs to realize and has overlooked for far to long they need to revise this in my opinion. that pyramid defiantly don't apply to us bodybuilders i take in 50 grams of protein in one shake. the reason i posted this is to find out you guys opinion does anyone agree with me i mean come on more fat than protein or am i looking at this wrong.
