I went to see my grandparents the other day, and they asked my to set them up a program. They're so excited now that they have an instructor in the family. We went down to the mall and bought some dynabands because they're gentle for older folks. They're now spending fifteen minutes, three days per week with the bands on top of the hour they were already walking. I'm so proud of them, Grandpa turned 74 this week!

I can't even get my parents to move and they're 47. Which is really scary, because when something happens to my brother, they'll lose all ambition and most likely rot away on me. I only have enough strength to support them for so long.
