Train 3x a week (3 day split), this way you will be targeting muscles once per week and giving them time to recuperate and grow. Diet is a big factor. Eat good whole foods and don't forget aboout good carbs, protein and ONLY good fats.
Good luck.

carivan is right.. 3x a week is key, wat are you doing working out for 10-20 hours a week!!!? you will surely have an injury if you keep that up.. an hour every session is ample time. Only do 2-3 muscle groups every session.. example being day 1: tri's, bi's, chest..
dont do all your muscle groups in one day! Diet is key to everything, especially abs, that cant be said enough... abs are 90% diet, 10% muscle!

You are kidding, right? 5 hours a day? Cut it down to 45 minutes to an hour, after you have rested completely for a week, and you might get some results.

gravel, it is really important to remember that you build muscle when you are resting, not when you are lifting
