Hi i have a question!

I have 3 sets of dumbbells (where each go in one hand)
they are 15lbs, 20lbs, 25lbs, and i am soon going to git a 30lbs dumbells!!!!!

Iam not sure if iam using them right.....if some one could tell me what i could do with them to build arm strength i would appreciate it!:):dumbbell:

Oh ya i do not know the names of any type of work out so please be very specific on what to do!!!!!:dumbbell:

Whew... there are plenty of dumbbell exercises in the "Exercise Resources" section of the website... curls, incline curls, reverse curls...quite a list... that's just a start... why not pick a routine from FT and go from there?

those are pretty good weights. The routines are here on the site if you have a sec. to look them up. I think the best way to build arm strength is to build up bigger muscles, and then arms will come with 'em.
