Hi everyone,
I wanted to get everyone's opinion on which is better to buy green tea extract pills or green tea bags? I haven't tried the tea yet b/c i'm not a fan of hot liquids or iced tea; but if it's good for you I'm sure I can get used to it.

it all depends on what you are taking it for. if you are looking for the antioxident benefits and a slight increase in metabolism, the drink is best. but if you want the metabolism rasing and fat burning benefits (with the antioxident effects too, just not as much) then get the extract pill with a high ECGC value.

It's nice as a drink. But I have read somewhere, you need 10 cups(bags) a day for getting the metabolism benefit. I don't know how true... But the pill is most convenient.
Recently, I broke the back of my coffee drinking by going going 2 weeks on green tea alone... I think it does help with energy/metabolism. Hey it aint ever gonna be a miracle worker otherwise we wouldn't need exercise. But yeh I'd say go.

Does anyone know how many mg's of EGCG are required for it to have any actually effect on metabolism. . . my vitamins have 27mg's in each, is that enough or should I find another source?

Let me worry about how I look!
