Green Tea drink or tablets

Is it more effective to drink green tea or to take a tablet? Obviously for the benefits of the herb and not taste. Because i've seen both and i was just wondering if one is more effective than the other.

The capsules are best for the fat burning properties. The higher the ECGC value, the better. Drink green tea for other benefits though, tastes good, plus loaded with anitoxidants.

I think a rough estimate is that on 350mg green tea extract capsule will contain the polyphenols of about 3 to 5 cups of green tea with only 1/5th the caffeine, if any.

I take about six or eight tabs daily, usually with a caffeinated beverage. Two bucks and change at WalMart
