I have been reading a lot of info on tea and green tea for losing weight. Does it speed up the metabolism, or act as an appetite suppressant, or is it all a marketing scam? Anyone have any experiences or ideas?

marketing scam...gives ya some energy and technically it does speed up te metabolism if they classify it as your bodt burning more energy...just like that new drink claims to be negative calorie...technically it is but all of like 5 cals i think, wait i dropped my pen....ooops looked i burned 5 cals...anyway you get my point. It is a nice alternative if looking to get a diff drink in there without all the sugars and such but it effectively really does nothing

Green tea has countless health benefits. If you look at it as a weight loss tool only, you may well be disappointed. This is more a marketing scheme. But drink it for the health qualities.
