Hello. I'm new here. Not new to weight training but not that knowledgeable. I first did weight training many years ago and started again last year.
I train at home. I usually use dumbells so that both sides do equal work. My aim is to increase my strength so that I can lift a certain amount of weight in certain exercises for a certain amount of reps. I'm certain about that.
