Hello, my name is AbeL, but you may call me BooseHound (dont ask... and no I do not drink)

Well I suppose that I should start from the begining:

I started playing football, as a left guard, in the third grade and I keep on playing until my freshman year in High School. In High School we lifted weights in our football period and I was automatically hooked. I loved seeing and feeling my body change! It was a high like no other! Unfortunately I was drug into by the wrong crowd and everything went downhill. I quit football. I quit lifting. I started smoking and drinking. I went nowhere fast. I am in college now trying to get a major in Process Technology. I barely started working out again two months ago and I never felt better! My body started to change again and I loved it!
I started out very vigorously with a simple, but effective, diet and workout plan: 100% WHOLE WHEAT BREAD, 4 SLICES OF LEAN TURKEY, 6-7 TIMES A DAY. Protein shakes before and after cardio (1-1/2 hours every other day). Muscle milk before and after 1hour 15min. workouts.
And it all yeilded great results!
I am not perfect though. I am weak to temptations.=) what can i say, other than I am weak. Well the first month went smooth and then the second month came up... i had droped my diet, cardio and workout plans. this whole past month I have done nothing but gourge myself in fatty foods, ice-cream, pizza, greasy crap. In one month i had lost about 8lbs. of fat and gained about 2lbs. or so of muscle
(im going for mass and deffinition).
this is a new month and a new attitude. I will post pics of "NOW" and "THEN". As I progress, my workouts will become more complex and more strenuous. Keeping the body on its toes.

take care

"LIGHT-WEIGHT"
