Hi all,
I'm new here and am glad to have found this web site. I'd like to train for a marathon (there's one in my area coming up in Nov.), but need some advise as to how to get started and how to set up a good program. I'm in average shape and very good health, but I seem to have hit a plateau with my workouts. I lift weights and run pretty regularly, but I've stopped seeing any progress.
I have a pretty crazy schedule at work and often find myself having to decide between getting enough sleep or making time for a workout.
Any ideas or advise to get my training started in the right direction would be much appreciated.
