Am quite excited to find this site. Hopefully this will help me achieve my goals of crossing over the plateau that I've hit and to build some mass as well. I workout 6 days a week religiously and have never had any supplement or bar and am wondering if I'm missing out. Hopefully I'll learn from the experiences of the folks here....
