New to this site - it is HUGE!
want to lose bf but not weight and get as fit as I possibly can.Just thought I'd introduce myself.

Have you signed up for a ft workout program ?

I am originally from Ireland and have a mom and who love to golf.Also have a sister in law who lives in Scotalnd. WElcome a board .

in reply to angelsnow I'd just started a resistance prog prior to signing up which I'm going to see through to the end in 12 weeks then start the prog from here
to be honest there's not a huge lot of difference between the two which is reassuring
