Hello there out in cyberspace. I;m leslie a newbie to the site. I am about to make a life changing decision to exercise more to help control my diabetes, improve my health and improve (hopefully) my sexuality and relationship with my wife. Look forward to achieving my goal of losing 100 lbs and seeing my feet while standing for the first time in decades.

LOL

Welcome to FT, Leslie! I to am an accountant who spends most of my day behind a desk. Excercise and diet are the two keys to losing that extra weight "For the Health of it." having diabetes makes it more important that you be careful with your diet. I'll be interested to hear how you progress. Good luck and keep me (us) informed.
