I am new to this site, and haven't checked everything out on the message boards yet. (I just joined.) I would like some help with ideas of how to eat healthy on a budget. I have a husband and a 3 year old, and would like to get into better eating habits: for my daughter if nothing else. My questions revolve around what can I buy for cheap that can still be healthy and delicious? It seems the healthier we try to eat, the more expensive it is, but does it have to be? This doesn't seem to be a question addressed much on the site, so I am curious if a low/middle income family can still eat healthy without hurting the pocket book. If anyone has any useful ideas, grocery lists, meal plans, ways to get around picky eaters, etc.., I would love to hear from you.
Thanks everyone.

There has been a post on this very subject - the post is titled overpriced nutrition...lok for it in this forum, there is also a healthy grocery list at the top of this forum and a post on feeding a family in this forum - do some reading :)

If you are inactive for too long, the system logs you off but it still sends your post as null.
