Just wanted to say really nice site and really glad I found this. I stopped smoking about 4 months ago and now I'm ready to get about 80 pounds off me and build up some muscle I don't want to be to big since I'm only about 5-1 but not to small either. I will be starting my program on Monday and can't wait. Till than may everyone meet there goals in getting in shape and feeling better about themselves.
good luck.. im happy u stopped smoking (my dad died from smoking and drugs in Apr 2004) so that is a huge step forward... I hope you get your goal of losing your 80 lbs!!!

Hey thanks alot poolmaster! I just been reading over the fitness plan this site came up for me. Doesn't look to bad. I'll have to check and see if the gym I go to has some of these machines. If you see this again I was wondering when it shows the reps decreasing from like 20 to 16 do I increase the amount of weight I use or keep it the same? Thanks again for your suport and for answering my question if you could or someone else...
