I am what some would call a gym rat. I work out for about 1.5 hours a day for 5-6 days a week, and that is at a minimum. Yet I still find myself 5 ft. 8 and 250 lbs. My time is close to split between muscles and cardio. What type of changes would you suggest I make to my diet or exercise routine? Please I need help.

Thepass86 Maybe you should up your reps to 15 to 20 reps,up the intensity of your cardio make shure you sweat good and hard,drink more water less food see if you see what it is.
