Hello- welcome to ft!
Take your baby for walks in the stroller - that is the best way to start.
Your body takes 18 months to fully recover from pregnancy and childbirth. Allow yourself some time.
Try eating a healthy diet, similar to what you would feed your baby - vegetables without sauces, lean protein and oatmeal or rice cereal. Eat 5-6 small meals a day and try to get in enough rest.
When the baby is napping - do push-ups, lunges, squats, crunches. Check your local library - the one here has exercise videos. If you have cable - look for some exercise programs in the morning.
Ease yourself into a daily exercise routine and most of all, enjoy having your baby - they are only little once!
-------------- If you fall down seven times, get up eight.

The depo shot weight gain is an average of 4lbs a year. Thats not a whole lot, and if you are working out and eating healthy, you probably won't see any weight gain due to it.
