Has anyone else noticed this? I'm dieting for a comp in early April, and I've noticed that I'm losing *a lot* more hair when I brush it than before I started this pre-comp diet.
Does it mean I've dropped my calories too low? Or is it a *normal* side-effect?
How is your B vitamin intake? When you diet for a contest, vitamins become even more essential due to the trauma you are putting your body through. And yes, it is trauma.
