I am 27 and had a knee injury a couple years ago that helped me get lazy. That, plus a sweet boyfriend who fussed at me to eat more, led to me quite a bit of weight gain. I just joined a gym and I know the basics of where I need to start there. Food wise however I am lost. Before my mom told me to cut carbs.. that made me amazingly sick in about 2 weeks time. I dont think I can live off rabbit food to be honest.. so does anyone have any ideas on variety. Sammiches and salad will get old fast.
ooh btw.. I am allergic to pork.. so cant eat that.
