Help! I.ve been excercising for a while and therefore I should know better, but pushing myself without first adequately warming up I pulled a hamstring. My question is, can I continue with upperbody workouts and just forgo the lower body? I would hate to stop doing anything for any length of time! Any help is appreciated. I was doing HIIT!

Personally I cannot stop myself. I would stop working my lower body and continue doing some arm and shoulder work for a while.
But your legs need rest to recover and if you keep on working the recovery time will take longer.
