Haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa is it coz i m young (19) and coz i have a fast metabolizm that i can t gain any weight :(.

I m eating all i can (exept for the junk food of course...) and taking a weight gainer and... 4 pounds in 1 mounth :(

If you have tips to gain weight faster...

i eat like this now:

morning: 4 egg white, 4 bread, cereals
lunch: 2 egg white and 2-3 big plates of pasta, rice or whatever with meat
dinner: same as luch
night: weight gainer (1250 call)

Four lbs of body weight in one month is pretty good.

There is hardly 100 grams of protien in your day, so increase that to about 1 gram per lbs of body weight. Check out the Grocery List sticky at the top of this forum for protien ideas.

Spread out your calories a bit more. Two or three big plates of pasta is a lot of carbs in one sitting. You want to add at least one more meal to your day.

Peanut butter is a god send for hard gainers. Dense calories, great fats and a complete protien to top it off.

4 lbs. in one month, this is ideal. One lb. per week. Be patient, just seeing the scale go up is not a good thing.
