I am a hard gainer. I know this isn't the right place to ask this however I am going to ask it here anyway. what is the best supplements food, etc. for gaining weight?
there's like hundreds of messages on this board that deal with the same question...all the same, protien shakes - bars and meal replacements as well as balanced meals are what you should keep your eyes on the most
Try to eat a lot, especially if you don't mind getting a little fat. I've noticed that when I eat like a pig I get fast results and I'm able to train real hard! I also take self-mixed gainer with 30% whey and 70% carbohydrates.
If you hate getting any fat, concentrate on the protein. It gives you lean muscle, but doesn't transform into fat, even if you eat more than you can use.
