im 15 years old, and I am a medium build I guess you would say. I am active in sports all year round, and I really want to gain muscle, and bulk up, mostly in the chest,arms, and legs. I am willing to work as hard as possible, does anybody have a good routine or advive for me?

Yeah check out the fitness plans, and nutrition plans here on ft. They are very helpful.
