I found a way to get past a weight plateau. Normally I eat 6 meals a day all spread out and I was able to gain a lean 25lbs in the last 6 months, but I felt like I was eating as much as I possibly could. So I tired to slow my metabolism down by eating 2 meals a day for five days. Each meal contained 50/150/12, and I did not lose any weight and my body fat percentage remained the same. The next week I went back on my normal diet with no changes and gained 3lbs and lifted more, the following week 5lbs then I plateaued again. I lost a 2% of body fat and weighed the same then I did the same metabolism slow down diet.
Next, I am not sure when I am cutting if I should lift before or after my aerobics and I take Xenadrine EFX, when exactly should I take it.

Nice tactic there. I might try that. I've put on 15 lbs in about 6 months (I had a one month lag in August where I wasn't eating enough and actually lost some of it). Nice work youve done, though. I, personally, try to avoid cardio on my lifting days and do it on off days. If you must do them on the same day, do the cardio after. If you do it before, you'll lose a ton of intensity in your lifts. Cardio can be catabolic, especially when your muscles are weakened after a lift, though. If you're taking a thermogenic, I've always heard it recommended that you take it a half hour before your workout. Never done it myself, though, so don't hold me to that.
