In looking at the 12 week mass program, I have a concern that working one body group only once per week won't give me much mass in 12 weeks.
I know 12 weeks is a short time and I'm not looking for Arnold size in that timeframe but I've seen many other body builders routines and many say that they will work a hard/soft routine. For example: biceps hard on Mondays and soft on Wednesdays.
They may also follow up with hard chest on Tuesdays and soft on Thursdays.
Does anyone have a comment on this?
Thanks.

I'm on the program.. it's working for me. The first 4 weeks are very low and heavy reps.. this training requires more time to rest for the bodyparts. Muscles are always the most sore actually 2 days after they have been trained, if they are trained correctly. I feel that the muscles need another 2-3 days after that to recover and adapt for the next workout. This accumulates to aprox. 6 days. The program does switch up nicely after for the last 6 weeks. Hmm.. why don't you just give it a try?

Actually thats the best way to put in mass. If you hit it so hard that your sore for 2-3 days after, and eat and rest right, your body will grow. Remember in the gym your damaging the muscles and when you rest is when you grow.
