Hey, I'm feeling exactly the same. I'm feeling a bit depressed because I've been basically shunned by someone I really care about. But time heals all wounds.
So be patient and get through this day, and everything will get better.

You will feel better later today. I have those days too. Put on some of your favorite music and dance through out your house. Always makes me feel better.

-------------- Excellence is an art won by training and habituation. We do not act rightly because we have virtue or excellence, but rather we have those because we have acted rightly. We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit. - -- Aristotle

Me too, we ALL have those days. What sets us (folks on this web site) apart from others is we bounce back with as much if not more vigor!

Those days are horrible but it doesn't happen every day (thankfully) I think everyone gets like this.....it's just ups and downs of life, but yeh getting into a place where others are working out like your karate is good for you....
