Hi everyone :) .. i recently joined this website :) hehe.. anyways... i am looking to tone up my abs.. im 6'0 and 155 pounds, my cardo 5 days a week 30 minute session is swimming. Now, i start school at 7:10, so on my way to school i buy a whole-weat bagel with creamcheese and eat that on the way. When i get to school i drink water. Around 10:40, my lunch time, i eat another whole-weat bagel with creamcheese, and more water. After school, around 3, i eat oatmeal with low-fat milk.. Around 5:00 i eat 1-2 fruits, then at 5:30 start working out, 3 days of abs a week, and the rest is arms/shoulders... At 7 i eat dinner.. Im wondering is there anything i can add to my daily diet? or something? Im currently 16, and i just want to get my ab definition, im not fat, but apparently i need a better diet :) hehehe... Um.. during school im limited 2 buying food, so its basically a hamburger.. or nothing :\.. any help is great, thanks! :big_smile:
